When you want to send a message to somebody the most efficient way is digitally but is that the most meaningful way?

Choosing, writing and sending a card takes time but its precisely that thought and time that shows those you love that you care.

The obvious reasons to send cards are usually birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, anniversaries etc. How about sending a card for an unconventional reason?

On a late summers evening I leant a neighbour a block of surf wax and thought nothing more of it. Surfers are notorious for 'borrowing' wax and then for it never to be seen again. Then unexpectedly, 2 days later I received a card together with a replacement block of wax and that card meant so much more than a text message. It was an official declaration of gratefulness that showed me the kindness of my neighbour and led to a long friendship.

"What about the trees?" I hear you say. Our Surf Girl Greeting Cards are printed on FSC certified textured 300gsm Fresco Gesso paper.

FSC means The Forest Stewardship Council and gives you assurance that it is made with, or contains, wood that comes from FSC certified forests or from post-consumer waste.

Our cards measure 105mm x 148mm (A6), include an envelope and are left entirely blank inside for your message.

With any of our candles there is the option to choose 'add a greeting card' and we will hand write your personalised message to your lucky friend.
