UK Shipping

Shipping within the UK is FREE if you order two or more items. If you order one item then shipping is £2.99. Delivery aim is 2-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping is FREE if your order is over £99. If your order is less than £99, shipping is £8.99 To EU countries and £18.99 to the rest of the world. Delivery aim is 5-9 business days after dispatch.

Orders that are dispatched to outside of the EU may, very occasionally be held up in customs. This is outside of our control but we'll do everything we can to ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to some countries, a full refund will be provided if we are not able to ship to your country

You will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or charges that may occur when the package reaches the destination country, these are not included in the price paid with Kukena Naturals. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict the amount of these charges. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to help avoid any surprises upon delivery.

Shipping Notes for All Customers

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.  No orders will be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Our discount codes cannot be applied to shipping and shipping rates will always be calculated after any discounts have been subtracted from your order total.
